Refund policy

Because most of our products are made to order or personalized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order has an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@monvraidesir.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will replace or refund defective and incorrect orders at no cost to you.

For non-personalized items in original, unworn condition, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
